Bottle, 22oz. into pint glass. Pours a cloudy pale yellow, minimal white head. Aroma is yeasty, dough, and some cooked vegetable. Some cereal notes also. Taste is light sweet, medium bitter. Body is light, texture is thin with soft carbonation. Finish is astringent & short.

Cloudy straw yellow, ridiculously massive finely bubbled head that settles into sherbet islands and leaves thick lace. Powerful astringent woody/leafy hop aroma. Extremely hoppy with low malt, coming across as a little unbalanced in this respect, but nice

22oz. Bottle: Aroma of malt, hops, and barley. Poured yellow in color with a large, foamy, creamy, dense, frothy, off-white head that lasted throughout. Cloudy. Sparkling. Full of tiny particles throughout. Excellent lacing. Flavor is lightly sweet and lightly bitter. Tastes of malt, hops, and a little resin. Light to medium body. Slick texture. Average carbonation. Malt, hop, and resin finish.
3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20 Headbanger (2134) - Aurora, Illinois, USA - NOV 10, 2011
22oz bottle 11/10/11 (Courtesy of TerryR)-33° in English Pint-Pours a hazy orangish yellow with a small white head. Aroma of hops, citrus, grains, and hay. Taste of the same with a bit more hops and bitterness on the back end. This light bodied brew is pretty well balanced and quite tasty. Not sure if the bad reviews had a bad bottle.
1.2 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 1/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 2/20 SanfordBrewer (1261) - Sanford, Florida, USA - JUN 21, 2011
slightly hazy gold with fluffy white head, medium-thin body with high carbonation.
aroma: belgian yeast, pale malt, minerality, herbal hops.
taste: hop bitterness, funky belgian yeast, minerality, sour plastic funk.
something is wrong with this, high fermentation temp most likely, but possible autolysis or minor infection.
2.4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 9/20 Aurelius (3146) - Tallahassee, Florida, USA - JUN 7, 2011
Crisp, lemony, powdered aroma. Bad label, almost clear, very light yellow beer, webby white head. Tongue-curling citrus pith bitterness, astringent and tinny. I don’t know how much rye they added to this, but it’s too much. Dry. Medium-light body. Clumsy. There’s a reason that styles evolve, and it is a natural selection. That’s the reason that there aren’t many beers like this -- there’s not much demand for a beer that tastes this way. ABC Liquors, Betton.
3.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20 Ibrew2or3 (4985) - Phoenix, Arizona, USA - FEB 20, 2011
Bomber pours clear deep gold with modest bright white head. The aroma is pilsner and grainy like malts along with spicy, earthy, a dash of lemon and then a slender amount of floral hops. The level of aromatic spicy and earthy hops is pretty nice. The taste is pleasingly hop forward with firm spicy and earthy hop bitterness followed by lesser amounts of floral hops, nearly tart citrus and sweet malts. To midway and into the finish the flavor picks up a mild level of fresh graininess. This is a blonde ale with lots of tasty bitter noble hops. Yum.
2.6 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 9/20 hopscotch (7542) - Vero Beach, Florida, USA - FEB 3, 2011
Bottle… Clear yellow ale with a mid-sized, fluffy, white head. Decent retention. The nearly-offensive nose is composed of white pepper-like hops, nearly raw grains, wildflower honey and green apple. Light to medium-bodied with a creamy mouthfeel and middling carbonation. The flavor is of pale grains, medium to heavily bitter hop pellets and a good bit of acetaldehyde. Short, crisp, bitter finish. The first beer I’ve tried from HBC that I will definitely not revisit.
2 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 9/20 Palidor19 (2385) - Brandon, Florida, USA - JAN 20, 2011
there is nothing really special about this. the malts and hops are wweak and the smells has a strange herbal smells that brings it off. the palate is weak and thin.
2.4 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 10/20 nick76 (3591) - Tampa, Florida, USA - JAN 20, 2011
The aroma is grassy and a bit malty and watery. The appearance is milky gold with a large foamy head. The taste is like the aroma with an astringent finish. The palate is thin. Overall it does not seem to fit the style to me and it’s not a great beer but it’s not horrible either.
