From tap at the brewpub. Pours hazy yellow with a small white head. Aroma is grassy and slight yeasty. Crisp hoppy, bitter and light toasted malty. Bitter and crisp grassy finish. Nice.

Draught at Hausbrauerei. Pale yellow cloudy body with white head. Aromas sweet malts, grains hay. Palate thin slick with medium carbonation and mouth feel. Aftertaste maly and medium hops finish. Quite ok.

On tap at the site in October. Hazy golden with a small white head. Grainy malt aroma with a hint of herbal hops. Grainy flavour with good herbal hops and a bitter finish

Draught at the brewpub. Golden colour with a full head that disappears quickly. Sweet flavour with oily texture.

Vom Faß im Hausbrauerei Hops & Barley, Berlin. Stable blond head. Hazy, brass colored body. Very soft malt aroma. Hints of lemonade and floral/straw-like hops. Taste is quite sweet, doughy and grainy. More lemonade and faint straw/grassy hop bitterness. Medium to light body. Mellow in the mouth. Mild, rounded finish. A straightforward and decent Münchener Helles.

Golden color, medium-sized creamy white head. Light lemony-sweet malty aroma. Flavor is sweetish, wort, some citrusy hops. Quite typical "mainstream" brewpub product and only helles by name.

Clear golden coloured with a small white head.
Fruity aroma of malts, hay, grass and hops.
Malty flavour of hay, grass and hops.
Hoppy finish.

(Draught at the brewpub on 2009-02-06) Dirty golden and hazy. Medium sized head. Sweet malty aroma with some boiled vegetables in it. Medium bodied palate with medium carbonation. Malts, boiled vegetables, frutiness and some caramell in taste. Sweet and bitter aftertaste.

On tap at the brewpub. Hazy, pale golden with a persistent white head. Sweet and grassy aroma and flavours, managing to end quite dry. Fizzy. A Helles with good bitterness cannot be bad for the world.
