Draft. An unclear dark golden beer with a thin off-white head - looks more like a dunkles weizen. The aroma is sweet wheaty combined with lighter notes of yeast and fruit. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, wheat and yeast, as well as lighter notes of fruit, leading to a dry wheaty finish.

Tap @ Hops & Barley, Berlin . Pours hazy orange with a medium-low head, without lacing. Aroma is mostly caramel, some banana. Sweet in taste. Flavor adds wheat, orange and yeasty banana. Not the best weizen I have tried.

Lovely cloudy dark orange golden color with a thick off white head that leaves a solid lacing down the sides of the glass. Wheat, clove and banana in the aroma. Medium (+) body and a fine carbonation. Mellow nice sweetness. Typical and nice hefe flavor like wheat, some yeast, clove and banana. Nice tasty stuff.

Stark hefiger Antrunk mit deutlichem Bananenaroma. Wenig bitter, mildes helles Getreide. Die Bananigkeit steigt sogar noch etwas, zum Ende etwas trocken. Insgesamt gut. 11/9/11/11//11

A decent hefe weizen beer, not as good as expected for a micro-brewery... ...

Draught at the brewpub on 20th Jan 2014, one of four beers (and a cider) on tap that day. Cloudy orange body with a large white head that fell away swiftly. Good aromas, the typical banana and vanilla smells I like to find in my Weizenbier. There were also yeast and cinnamon hints within the nose, very pleasant. The taste was again those usual flavours a fine Weizen gives you: vanilla, banana and yeasty. This is a bit sweeter than most I’ve tried (I’m no expert on the style) and that suited my taste buds nicely. Body was full and well carbonated, in fact the beer was just about right in every way.

Draft @ Hops and Barley, Berlin.

gold, hazy, big white foam, banana, yeast, little spicy and fruity (citrus?); medium sweet, lightly sour, "dryish"; light(+) body, creamy feel, average carbonation, long dry finish; Overall: everything in order just nothing spectacular
