Pretty bland & not much of anything really. Sort of a "gentle" brew. Probably a good "old-ladies" beer.

Draft Flight 9/1/03 (FLL)-Pours a clear golden with a small head. Aroma of corn and sweetness. Taste of the same. This light bodied brew was not too good.

About 4 oz. served into a tasting glass. From notes. A: Pours a pale straw color with only a small white film. No real lacing, as expected. S: Almost nonexistent. Thereís a touch of corn sweetness, and MAYBE some crackery malts...thatís it. Inoffensive, at the very least. T: The flavor - though minute - actually isnít bad. A bit of mild graininess to start, only to finish with faint lemony hops. As a light lager, itís actually a success - it lacks the sickly sweetness most of its BMC brethren have, due to its hop presence. Still, it IS a light lager, which means itís boring. M: Very crisp, light, and easy to drink. This is pretty much how a light lager should drink. O: For a light lager, this is actually pretty great. Key words being "for a light lager". Itís still really bland and lacking in flavor compared to even an average pilsner. If you absolutely must have this style, this would probably be the one to seek out.

This beer screams generic. Drink this instead of your water. No head, no aroma, no flavor worth mentioning.

Man, this is one of the palest beers I have ever seen. Mind numbing. Metallic and grainy. Kind of íassyí if that makes sense. Very light body with no hop character.

Served on draft at the brewpub. Pours a clear golden color with a medium sized creamy white head. Poor head retention. Almost no aroma... a faint bit of grass. The taste is almost pure grassy hops with a faint sweetness. Thin bodied.

On tap @ Hops Golden. Incredibly light, watery yellow appearance with a small white head. Very dull pale malty nose. Watery, somewhat bitter, bland light pale lager. Doggie poo-poo.

On tap at the Alexandria location. Pours a very clear super-light yellow color with some carbonation bubbles. Initial half-finger head falls very quickly and doesnít leave anything behind. As soon as I bring it within a few feet of my nose the trouble sets in. This is a diacetyl bomb to the max. Wow. Nothing much else there. The taste is all sorts of butter plus a bit of grain husks. Light and creamy. Nothing good I can really say about this. Serving type: on-tap Reviewed on: 12-20-2010

Draft at Hops Grillhouse & Brewery, Alexandria. Not really sure what to say. This beer is certainly not designed for someone like me, my friends who arenít big beer connoisseurs? Sure. Itís drinkable, but nothing to really call home about.

On tap at Hops Lakewood Colorado poured a clear yellow with a small lasting white head. Aromas of white bread and light straw. Palate was light bodied and crisp with a dry finish. Flavors of breads, straw and light spicy hops with a crisp dry finish.
