harlequinn (2746), Tacoma, Washington, USA Aug 6, 2006 I am glad to see that this place continues to make beer that sucks. This is just bland all the way around, almost no aroma, but a bit of light citrus and honey. Grainey and toasty malts. Blah
Immy (1477), Virginia Beach, Virginia, USA Jun 21, 2008 On tap at the Newington, CT. brewpub. Clear, pale gold with a thin white head. Mild grain nose, a short tart note. What you would expect. Blah. daknole (531), Plantation, Florida, USA Jun 11, 2008 This light beer is almost as bad as a macro Amercian light. I used to go to Hops all the time until almost all of them closed around me. This beer was water and bad. Oakes (6793), Miami Beach, Florida, USA May 27, 2008 Very pale. Not much aroma. Light taste with a vaguely malty accent. Quick finish. Beershine (1059), Miami Beach, Florida, USA May 10, 2008 Draught at Hops, Miami. One shade darker than water. Smells like stale dishrags and old sponges and tastes the same. Even more watery than the seasonal honey wheat beer, which surprised me. An incredible disaster, as the beer is dirty due not just to the glass. Just when I thought they could do no worse, Hops comes through with something else to laugh about. Aptly billed as "Our BudLight." changeup45 (530), Orlando, Florida, USA Apr 11, 2008 Hops does a pretty good job with all their selections, albeit nothing spectacular. This is their worst effort, but it is a light beer and compared to mass produced light beers, this is good. I wouldn’t get this one again because I think Hops offers much better in quality. I’ll save this for those on a diet."
