This brew pours a dark brownish-amber color with a medium foamy off-white head that dissipates steadily. Partial rings of lacing on the glass. Caramel malt and mild hops in the nose. Light-bodied with flavors of roasted malt, caramel and lightly bitter hops. The finish is sweet with a grainy malt aftertaste. Decent overall.

San Marcos, TX - HEB Grocery Store - 12 oz can.Dark brown, cola-like pour, soft bubbly white head that clings to the edge of the glass. Fresh lake water accents with a hint of wort and chocolate in the aroma. Flavor has a nutty profile with some chocolate accents, a touch of toffee, finishes with some black dirt accents - nice and full bodied. Mouthfeel has a nice thickness to it. Very nice alt.

Hazy dark nutty, with a sticky foamy light beige head. The aroma has huge notes of toast and bread crust. The flavor is crisp and full with a toasty malt undertone, a bit of cereal, and a clean biscuity finish. Semi-sweet throughout, but mostly dark and bready.
