Draft at the brewery. Clear, copper colored, light eggshell colored head. The smell is nice, citrus, hops, veggies, slight caramel. Taste is some bitterness, fruits, grassy, hops, and ok.

3 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
On draft at The Barber Shop - Pours a deep golden color with a white head and some lacing present. The aroma is citrusy and the initial tastes supports that impression. The citrus theme continues with a a long aftertaste. The mouthfeel is medium-light to medium. Would drink again.

Can. Amber with a firm white head. Aroma of biscuit and malt with light caramel. On the maltier side of the style with very mild hop presence. Flavor is flat and short-lived. Bodied. Certainly drinkable but unimpressive. Lingering astringency.

3.6 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Huge floral, grassy bouquet. Easy drinking, high aromatic epintensity without huge butter notes on the back end. This is what I lie an IPA to be. Huge aroma. Donít know if I would class this as a pale ale though. Plus, itís in a can!

3.4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Amber , thin white head. Pine cones in the nose with a firm malt background. Balanced malt sweetness is slightly overpowered by steady hop bitterness. Very fizzy at the end. Solid American pale ale, quite hoppy.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Sample bottle. Pours a hazy honey-orange with a high, long-lasting white head. Nose is grapefruit, but with a sweet edge -- thereís almost some berry notes in it, as well as thyme and rosemary. Rich on the palate, with a citrus front and then a bitter finish, as well as a touch of that same sweetness -- but just a bit. Hoppier-than-thou types wonít care for it, but as far as Iím concerned itís a well-balanced, restrained pale ale.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
On tap at the Draught House, Austin. Fresh aroma with a hint of biscuit and a bit of grassy hops. Nice wet mouthfeel with some malty notes gives way to a full, long lasting, assertive hop finish. Iíve drifted away from hoppy beers in the last few years because so many just beat you to death with hops. I could drink a few of these.

2.2 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 10/20
Funky, musty aroma. A hazy golden orangish pour with a very small white head which disappears quickly. A bit goody. The flavor starts funky and musty and turns decidedly bitter. It has a good bite but this one is really a mixed bag.
