UPDATED: SEP 13, 2005 Draught at the Pembroke Pines, FL location. Reddish amber. Roasty malt aroma. Dryish, soapy and flowery with clean mouthfeel and solid malt back bone. Fruity and medium bodied with a resiny finish where flowery hops linger.
Unspectacular, but solid.

3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
Draft... West Palm Beach location... Clear amber ale with a small, creamy, white head. The aroma is a touch floral with subtle notes of caramel and cocoa. All the right flavors are there for the style... caramel, toffee, pale malts and chocolate... but it’s way thin. It wants to be malty, but there wasn’t enough grain in the boil. Medium-bodied with a dry mouthfeel and lively carbonation. Lengthy, earthy, bone-dry finish.
