Bottle conditioned; Regular. Cask; Regular, but made on a rotational basis.
Based on the recipe for the very popular Momentum IPA but with twice the amount of hops added at all stages - hence the name! It is a golden beer with an aroma of vinous fruit with a hoppy edge. It has a coarse white head and an intense taste of malt, fruit and alcohol with a bitter finish. This beer is conditioned for at least one month before release to allow the complex flavours to develop.

Bottle with Nick. Pours cloudy gold with a soft, white head. Aroma holds some doughy malts and juicy hops. Fairly sweet flavor, good bit of bread and cereal, some light grass, slight herbals. Medium bodied with average carbonation. Warm finish, heavy malts, some faint pine, white sugar. Not bad.

Hand pulled at the Wellington, Birmingham. No aroma. No real flavour at all, until right at the back of the tongue, when itís glassy, sweet, furniture polish, honey and face screwing alcohol. Harsh on finish. I donít get this at all - what is the point?

500ml Bottle - Gold/light amber in colour. Hops, marmalade and peach in the aroma. Hoppy, slightly sweet and moderately bitter taste with notes of peach, apricot, grapefruit and toffee. The finish is bittersweet with more notes of apricot.

Cask conditioned Gravity dispense Northants BF 2010. A golden coloured beer with a white ring of bubbles. An interesting sweetish aroma with booze and maybe a little honey. A long fruity taste. Opal fruits and marmalade. Very interesting and tasty. Would have preferred more bitterness and hoppy flavours but it is good.

Bottle. Orange and clear.Hoppy but not overpoweringly so. Medium body and a lingering hoppiness with no lacing. Not as good as most American IPAís that I have tried but still quite pleasant.

Cask. Pours an almost clear deep amber golden with a rough off-white head. Very sweet aroma of peach and caramel. Quite full-bodied, flat, lots of peaches and sweet berries. Comes with a warming alcoholic finish. Excellent. 170110

After a long journey from my friend wyzzywyz22 in England. Very nice fruity aroma from cloudy amber pour with a fluffy white head. Nice lacing as it goes down. Flavor is quite different with a sweet caramel start followed by a nice hop bang with an alcohol burn especially as it warms. Finishes very dry.

Cask at Smithfield Hotel, Manchester. A hazy amber beer with a thin beige head. The aroma has notes of malt and strong notes of fruit. The flavor is sweet with strong notes of fruits - especially peaches, but also a perfumy note.

Bottle, Carringtons, Chorlton. Poured a hazy bronze colour with a fading white head. Sweet, demerera and ripe fruit aroma with some leafy hop presence. Booze is pretty upfront in the flavour which is compensated for by the overall tasty nature; which whilst caramel malt heavy has enough hop character and fruit to make this a winner.
