Clear medium amber orange color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, caramel, moderate to heavy hoppy, orange - citrus, fruity hops, orange. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a long duration, sweet riped fruity, hoppy, fruity. Body is medium, texture is oily and creamy, carbonation is soft to flat. [20130119]

Gravity, Leicester BF 2013, 21/03/13. Big nose; flesh, pith, pineapple, banana melon and grapefruit. Orange rimmed with dense vanilla. Orange, fennel and vanilla notes. Some pepper and almond. Mellow heat.

Cask, Leicester Fest 13. Golden with a bubbly foam. Aromas are orange and lemon with white grape and spices. Floral with citrus rind and light mixed tropical fruits. Flavours are white grape juice with mellow oranges and spices. Dry with peppery alcohol and a woody oak finish. Nice.

Pleasant sweet spicy green hop aroma. Smooth sweet palate, carbonation low. Some honey and caramel for the sweetness, but not too sticky. A mellow sipper. Improved as you drank more, I notched up two extra points whilst drinking it!
