4.2 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 18/20
Not a bad beer at all. Reminds me of an IPA, with less bitterness but more malt-forward and a hint of spice. B.

Great bottle and label, nice colour and head. Immediately full of hops from the first sip then finishes with a softer sweet finish. Might be too hoppy for some.

Can at home, extra’d in a trade. Pour is clear crimson/amber with a fluffy cream-colored head and great lacing. Big sweet hoppy aroma - citrusy, grapefruity, caramelly, brown sugar, a touch of vanilla, somewhat floral, and earthy, Taste is sweet, yet hoppy - grapefruit, orange peel, big caramel backbone, bready, grassy, a touch of weed, light vanilla, and nutty with a big bitter finish. Sticky mouthfeel with medium carbonation. Pretty damn smooth and tasty; still very hoppy.

Darker amber with head that lasted to the bottom, nose is citrus and earth, flavour is caramel and a whole lot of earth, lots of warmth, spot-on medium bitterness, love this style and this is a great rendition of it.

My favorite winter beer. When this beast hits the shelves every fall I get excited. A-Bomb is not the faint of hops. It has both citrus and floral sroma from the cascade for a winter which is uncommon but it allows the right blend of pine from the Simone. These guys from Portland are making it right!
