3.7 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
Another great find at Zynís. Average appearance of golden body with a good sized head. Hoppy aromas. Hop flavour and mouthfeel tremendous balance. 99 plus IBU rarely tastes this good. Great drinkability, spot on the style, and my palate survived it all.

3.8 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Golden copper pour with white frothy head. Aroma is big hit of sweet malts, and some nice citrus notes. Taste is a big shut the fuck up and drink, amazing drinkability mellow but in a good way, nice hope presence, just really well balanced. Yum.

4.3 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 18/20
Bottle - Skunky earthy hops with some pine and sweetness. Clear deep copper with a rich beige head. So well balanced with huge malts to go with the huge IBU and hops. Absurdly easy to drink.

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
Red and cloudy with a thin head. Hop aroma is blood orange and spice. Body has lots of hop flavor. Malt and caramel hold it up well. A nice double IPA with a long finish.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
The beer pours great with a solid hazy orange hue to it, a nice white head ring, and mild lacing on the glass. The scent of the beer is decent with a solid resin scent and mild citrus on the back end. The beer tastes decent with a solid resiny hoppy flavor and a citrus aftertaste. The mouthfeel is decent with a decent carbonation and a dry bitter mouthfeel. Overall, a solid IPA but a little too over bearing.

3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
22 oz bottle from trade with michaelinwa. Pours a cloudy dark amber color with a small foamy head that quickly fades to a ring. Aromas are citrus fruit, caramel, and herbal hops. Taste is very malty for a DIPA. Iím guessing itís a slightly old bottle but thereís no bottle date. Very fruity with a good amount of caramel malt. Spicy hops in the finish. Medium body, mouthfeel is a little odd, kinda rough, not sure how to describe it. Overall, itís decent, Iím guessing the bottle is old. Too bad they donít date their bottles though or else I would try to seek out a fresher one.

4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
22 ounce bottle into tulip glass, no bottle dating. Pours moderately hazy deep orange copper color with a 1 finger dense cream colored head with good retention, that reduces to a small cap that lingers. Spotty soapy lacing clings around the glass. Aromas of mango, pineapple, peach, tangerine, grapefruit, orange peel, floral, grass, light pine, caramel, candi sugar, and floral earthiness. Very nice aromas with good complexity of hop notes with a balanced malt profile; and good strength. Taste of mango, pineapple, orange peel, tangerine, grapefruit, peach, floral, light pine, caramel, candi sugar, and floral earthiness. Light pine bitterness on the finish; with lingering notes of citrus, tropical fruit, floral, light pine, caramel, candi sugar, and floral earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Very nice complexity of hop flavors; with a well balanced malt backbone and zero cloying sweetness after the finish. Light-medium carbonation and medium-full bodied; with a slick and lightly sticky mouthfeel that is good. Alcohol is very well hidden with only a slight warming noticed after the finish. Overall this is a damn nice DIPA style. All around good balance and complexity of hop and malt flavors; and very smooth to sip on for the ABV. A very enjoyable offering.
