Delicious pilsner. Hardly any aroma of note, with mild floral hop flavors and a slightly earthy malt character.

Can from Made in Oregon. Pours darkish gold with a transient white head. Aroma of bready malt and fruity hop. Med body. Chewy carb. Flavor is bready malt and lightly spicy. A little earthy. Very nice pilsner. Bitter enough for me.

Tap at Hopworks Bike Bar, Portland - 07/11/12. Pale golden yellow with a thin white head. Nose is pale malts, grain, barley, light notes of honey and yeast. Taste follows nose, a little hops present, citrus tones. Medium bodied with soft spritzy carbonation leading to a crisp finish. Whelmed!

On tap at HUB Bike Bar, pours a clear yellow with a small white head. Aroma of light grass, some corn and biscuit malts. Flavour of dry grassy hops, dry biscuit malts and straw. Well-made pils with good bite. Decent.

Can:   Translucent golden, little frothy white head, light lacing.   Soft dusty grassy nose.   Crisp grassiness up front, clean, very light sweetness.   If this is Organic I am surprised as its not grainy or soily.   Body and mouthfeel are moderate.   Very crisp and clean finish, grassy, malty, lightly hoppy, with just the right amount of sweetness to allow this beer to seem a little dry.   Really well put together, wow!

Canned. Pours clear pale yellow with a medium sized thin white head. Saaz hop aroma with a soft, sweet corn malt backbone. Nice. Light bitter flavor. Light body, average carbonation, light-creamy texture, and a peppery bitter finish.

Can from brewolf...thanks Michael! - Pours straw yellow with a thin white head. Light doughy, spicy yeast, sweet pale grain, and a nice floral hoppiness. Taste is the same, with a very drying spiciness on the finish. A bit astringent, but clean and floral and sharp. Big carbonation, nice and fluffy.

16 oz can. This one reads 5.1% ABV. Pours cloudy yellow (looks like a kellerbier) with a large white soapy head with good retention; leaves some sheeting lacework. Aroma is corny, grainy, floral. Taste starts out lightly sweet before a crushing bitterness sets in. Definitely the most bitter pils I’ve had. There’s also an unwelcome flavor of wet dog in there. Highly carbonated, medium-full body. Crisp and refreshing, but a little flawed.
