I can’t get enough of this one. HUB does a great job and the use of authentic Saaz make this a fine beer to taste.

Nov 29, 2008 Draft @ HUB, Portland, OR. Pours a pale golden color with a small white head. Has a sweetish malty grainy and slightly grassy aroma. Sweetish malty grainy flavor with some bitterness. Has a long malty bitter finish with s long bitter aftertaste.

Nov 18, 2008 Tap at Hopworks. Aroma of grassy hops, a lovely complex bready graininess, slight dry, champagne-like fruitiness. Flavor has a juicy fruitiness with increasing grain complexity and a heap of bitterness from the hops. An in-your-face, but at the same time subtle and complex pils.

Nov 17, 2008 Tap @ Horse Brass. Pours orange/yellow with a bright white head. Nose is light with a touch of malt. Taste is sweet and flavorful, and overall drinkable.

Sep 20, 2008 Bright golden w/ medium head. Bready malts come through a bit much, and a slight hint of butterscotch throws it off. Nice saaz bit in the finish.
