COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Our White IPA uses Hard Red Spring Wheat grown on our San Juan Island farm exclusively for Hopworks. This specialty grain imparts a rich, biscuity malt character and signature wheat beer haze. Northwest hops add layers of fruity, floral flavor and crisp bitterness. A truly refreshing twist on a tried and true favorite.

Pounder can picked up this afternoon at the COOP... Pours a clear light orange with a nice white head.. decent lacing. The nose is pretty proper... nice citrus elements and phenolic hoppiness... Flavor mirrors the nose.. something that I pick up as bubblegum phenols... but the IPA notes are nice and still lite coriander elements show...very dry on the finish. Great canned brew... I would LOVE to have this out camping in the Sawtooths

Bottle picked up at Dranken Geers, Oostakker, Nr Gent, Belgie Thursday 10th March 2016,consumed at home down the office Wednesday 16th March 2016 Pours hazy silvery gold with a large frothy white head. Bit too cold at first as I am getting little hoppiness, however as this warms punchy, fruity hops come through, notably good juicy citrus lemon and sweet grapefruit, this really opens up and improves immeasurably tsk, tsk Fin too cold. I like this beer, decent can from a brewery previously unknown to me. A6 A4 T8 P4 Ov15 3.7

Can thanks to the very kind Fin and Loz. Drunk on a train going nowhere in particular. Resin pine grapefruit flavour. Quite light in the mouth as the first beer of the evening it disappeared super fast helped by its drinkability. What I want from Portland. Big hops dank grapefruit resin pine. Lovely.

Can from De Molen. Pours a hazy golden beer with a big white head on top. Aroma has massive West Coast influences. Big on the citrus, piney and resinous hoppy notes. Some slight malty influences in the back of the aroma and palate. Flavor is refreshingly bitter, fruity, loads of grapefruit and defintely some softer, wheay influences. Nicely balanced, great stuff!!
