Bottle75cl. A very nice blend of geuze. A tad sweeter than expected. Subdued astringency. Mostly reminiscent of Boon. Delicious but far from being great.

Bottle, brought back by my parents. Thanks! Nose is lemon, apple, some woody barrel, hay-like malt. Flavor is lemon, bretty with some solid bitterness. Light honey, tart & quite floral. Maybe a bit of tannin in the finish.

Bottle shared by someone at dbuckingham’s tasting - not sure who that was. Pours hazy golden with a well-formed white head that leaves a white ring. The aroma is rather tart and funky with lots of lemon and oak. Lactobacillus presence is big here, as well as brett. The flavor is rather complex. Nice malt notes back up the tartness, lemon, and funk. Medium-bodied, acidic and sharp, with lively carbonation. A pretty solid gueuze blend, not better than all its components, but maybe about the average of them.

Bottle at the DH festival drank with a few friends. Pours a cloudy orange color with a large white head. The aroma is very sour, light yeast. A nice sharp acidic and funky flavor, some citrus, vinegar, aggressive sour blends in with some oak and funk. Nice.

Bottled. An unclear golden beer with a thin off-white head. The aroma has notes of dusty hops, vinegar, brettanomyces, and fruits as well as lighter notes of grapefruit and horseblanket. The flavor is acidic with notes of brettanomyces, malt, grapefruit, and horseblanket, leading to a tart finish.

Corked bottle. Tangy lemon/peach and musty barn aroma. Slightly hazy amber color with decent head. Sweet-tart lemon peel and musty barnyard flavor. Nicely balanced - not too sour. Very good.
