Bottle 500ml.

Clear medium yellow orange colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, caramel, light chestnut - earthy, light to moderate hoppy, light yeasty. Flavour is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat. [20120117]

Cask (gravity dispense) at Battersea Beer Festival, 11 February 2010. Pale amber colour. Loose white head. Moderate condition. Fairly dry with some tangy hop and a flinty mouthfeel. Firm and lingering bitterness. Decent but not too exciting.

Cask Stillage at the ABC Festival, Altrincham Market 31/08/2009 Fruit and hop aromas. Amber coloured floral and hoppy with a little bitterness and dryness in a crisp and wheaty malt finish.
