COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A Chestnut red bitter. It is a developmental product, no two batches have been exactly the same. We are seeking to replace Hornbeam Bitter 3.8% with a new core bitter at the same strength. The Name of the new core bitter is to be confirmed.

Cask at Wellington Arms, Bedford. Amber with a small white head. Attractive fruit and nut aroma somewhere between citrus and chestnut. Taste is quite sour with biscuity grainy malt background. Mid bitter finish. Quite good.

Cask @ 3 Judges. Amber colour, off-white ehad. Aroma is hoppy and fruity, and a bit of vegetables. Flavour is caramel malts, light fruity, dry biscuit.

Cask på Kelham Island Tavern, Sheffield 1 Okt 10. Mørk gylden. Lavt luftig skum. Aprikosaroma. Smaken litt plommer. OK. Avslutter tørt bittert.

Spotty lacing on the glassware, thin patches on surface. Amber body colour. Mid-sweet aroma of malts. Well rounded taste character of caramel malts. Bittersweet aftertaste. Cask, half, at Kelham Island Tavern as a part of the fantastic Valley of Beer trail in Sheffield 1 Oct 10.
