Cask conditioned at Banbury Beer Fest ’10. Gold to amber with white head. Probably the most blatantly hoppy of the cask beers at the Festival, straight forward and in your face, it gave even some of the more seasoned drinkers a bit of a start. Dry and cutting herby hop, demanding respect.

Clear medium yellow color with a average, frothy to creamy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, fruity, moderate hoppy, citrus, grapefruit, lime. Flavor is moderate sweet and moderate to light heavy bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat. [20100424]

Cask Handpump at the Gardener’s Rest, Sheffield 24/04/2010 Hop aroma. Golden coloured fruity and hoppy with a hint of bitterness in a grainy and slightly dry finish.

Cask, gravity at Banbury Beer Festival 06-05-10 Pours gold with some stray bubbles across the top. Good hoppy nose, fresh and a little zingy. Nice hoppiness in the mouth, hops are crisp and clean, refreshing beer with a nice dry finish. A6 A3 F6 P3 Ov12 3.6
