Light Hoppy summer beer with distinctive hop character. Uses a new american variety, Bravo which have been successfully paired with the extremely resinous and high alpha hop Apollo. The beer has a rugged finish with a pleasant fruitiness

Cask, gravity at The White Horse, Hedgerley, Bucks, 31-07-10 in company of Loz, dad & Pauline Pours warm gold with white fast shrinking white head. Crisp and sweet with a light fruity bitterness and a touch of stingy bitterness. Bit of furriness across the tongue, some grapefruit showing, very nice stuff. A7 A4 T7 P4 Ov14 3.6
