Cask at the Wenlock Arms, London on 20th January 2010. Brown with an offwhite small head. Initial chocolate burst (UK drinkers - think Bournville); blend of citric and bitter hop aromas, a zingy mouthfeel and a very bitter aftertaste. An interesting beer.

Cask conditioned handpump Ye Cracke, Liverpool. An amber coloured beer with a thick whitish head. The aroma has bread malt and nuts. There is a little smokiness in the mouth together with nuts and malts. Suffers from a little dryness and a lick of length but it’s decent enough.
