COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

bottle from pivni rozmanitost in prague. murky brown with a big beige head; loads of sugar in the aroma - both candi and just raw sugar; some leather as well; very sweet anad sweaty with an almost underfermented feel to it

On tap @ Henrik, Bergen. Hazy brown-hued orange body with a medium creamy off-white head. Nose is smoke, mild meaty tones, caramel and hints of hay and toffee. Taste is sweet syrupy grainy tones, smoke, cured meat and hints of clove and caramel. Full body, soft to medium carbonation. Pretty nice smoked ale.

50cl bottle - thanks, Martin! Rather lively, pours a murky deep orange-brown with a big beige head, nose is sweet caramel with smoked ham and a touch of orange. Sweet and fruity, with a powerful smoky and spiced bacon note over creamy peaches and orange juice. A light earthy and spicy bitterness coming through in the sweet smoky finish.

500 ml bottle courtesy of Jacob, Thanks. best by 09-05-2015. Pours a cloudy brown color with a big off-white head that has great retention. The aroma is big and bold with complex smoked meats and some campfire bouquet. The flavor, like the nose, is big and bold with over-the-top smoke set in a malt base that is both sweet and bitter. The palate is full and smooth and the carbonation is soft. Finishes long and dry with lingering smoke. Overall: This is a smoke lovers dream, all others should avoid.

10,10,11,11,14,11 - 10,90 - 18/

Cloudy amber beer, big pale cream coloured head. Soft airy palate. Sweet creamy malt with a caramel streak. Sweet generic fruits underneath. Medium smoke in good balance. Finishes soft and semi dry with mild minerals. Unusual beer. Tasty.
