COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

Reddish brown amber colour, no head. Aroma reminding of geuze, lemon, lemon esters, quite sour, citrus, some silage. Flavour light sour, light sweet and wet dog. Light carbonation, short quite light finish, light malts.
Quite nice aroma, but strangely enough this beer tastes like wet dog. I mean, really, as if you would actually lick a wet dog. I have never done that personally, and this beer came way to close to that experience for my personal comfort.
(From 33cL bottle @ 2nd Tuesday tasting, De Molen, Bodegraven. BB 20-04-202(?))

Vaiz (2037) - Den Haag, NETHERLANDS - MAY 8, 2012
Bottle at monthly tasting @ de Molen, hosted by dEnk. Gusher, murky orange pour, thick, instantly gone head. Aroma is basement, blue cheese, sweaty socks and toilet freshner. Flavor is sour, quite mild after the intense assault by the aroma. Artificial citrus, which reminds me of urinoir clean-air tablets. Weird.

Yes this is wild beer and probably from a wild horse. Or maybe it has some horse hair added in at brew time. This would be a good one to drink right before you head into battle! Pillage time-o-rama. Don’t let this put you off, Hornbeer do some amazing brews. Skol.

Muddy light brown color. Aroma of cookies, sour, public toilet, mild urine. Correct body strength, sweetish cookie maltiness, dirty water, correct bitterness, yeast, light purposeless acidity. Totally wrong.

Gusher. Small beige head. Muddy brown body. Funky barnyard taste with wooden wild berry notes. Mid-bodied. Mild fizzy mouthfeel. Dryish vinegary earthy aftertaste with wooden metallic barnyard notes. A bit messy, but not bad. (0.33l bottle, Salling, Århus.)

Vignale (913) - Malmö, SWEDEN - JUN 8, 2011
Dimmig, ja närmast simmig, rödbrun vätska. Stiltypisk doft av ekfat och äppelcidervinäger. Smaken är lite dammig, röda vinbär, ek ,pollen. Någonstans mellan flamländsk rödöl och en geuze.
