Apear red and cloudy with no head, lots of carbonation. Aroma leather and earthy vinous. Taste sweet and sour, little smokey. Malty not so much hops. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

330ml bottle. Clear rosé-amber colour with huge, frothy, collapsing, white head. Extremeley dry and sourish aroma has a sherbet touch, underlying fruity notes of red berries, plum. Taste is dry and sourish fruity, red berries and plum again, a sherbet touch, notes of horse manure in the middle part. Mediocre.

(33cl bottle best by 4/20/20) clearish amber, ring of offwhite bubbles. Nose of wet wood, moss, basil, mint, musty/wet, unique smell. Taste of moss, wet wood almost soggy, caramel, cellar floor, weird. Mossy/cellar linger.

A pretty standard aroma for a sour. Not bad. Not as sour as the lambics, but thats expected in an ale.

Bottle @ Dan’s house, courtesy of doodler and a special thanks to Papsoe. Thanks Scott! Murky orangish brown appearance with a cream colored head. Really tangy, acetic, vinous, thick cherry, very funky, oaky aroma. Somewhat bready, light vinegar, tart cherry, somewhat toasty malty, horseblanket, funky flavor. Pretty cool brew.

Pour out of hand grenade, big thanks to Scott and big thanks to Papsoe! Dark orange hazy pour with white head, aroma has notes of dark cherry, funk, some slight funky notes, acetic acid, some slight vanilla, lemon notes. Taste is funky horse blanket, dusty basement, hints of cherry, lemon, touch of sour apple, acetic red vinegar, finishing fairly sweet but with a funky slightly tart, try finish. Tasty.
