COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

Pitch black beer with a rather small brown head. Notes of roasted malt, rye bread, campfire and soy sauce. Taste is sweet, bready and slightly woody with a strong touch of alcohol and some plummy notes. Full body with creamy texture soft carbonation and a dry and roasted finish.

Bottle sample thanks to Kevin. Dark brown pour and an aroma of peat and heavy smoke. Flavor is thick malt, chewy chocolate and a lingering sweet vanilla and campfire aftertaste. Really enjoyed this one!!

Bottle. Pours a dark brown/black color with a light tan head that collars around the glass. Smokey, leather, and roast. Medium/heavy mouthfeel. Sweet dark chocolate notes quickly transitions to a smokey, roasted note that lingers. The booze doesn’t show through as much as I would think. Some lace on the glass. Overall, I wasn’t expecting this to be as smokey as it was but it wasn’t too bad.
