Pours copper color with a large head. Aroma of ripe fruits, yeast, hay, malts and some caramel. Flavor of caramel malts, ripe fruits, yeast and some spice notes.

Cloudy orange body with an off-white head, good longevity and lacing. Moderate aroma, but still very nice. It’s sweet with Belgian yeast, citrus, honey and floral notes. The taste is light sweet, light acidic and light bitter. Very citric flavour profile with lots of orange and lemon. Also flowers, fruits (isn’t that pear?) and soap. Medium body, moderate plus carbonation. Good stuff. [50 cl bottle shared with mfroseth @ Øltorget, Mathallen, Oslo]

Det här var en god och komplex sak, smaekn präglas främst av citrus med inslag av banan. Slutsats: komplex och god.

Bottle 0,5ltr: Hazy blond with fine sweetbitter taste and some spicyness. Full taste of this Danish Duvel-like brew,

On tap @ Naboen. Light blurry and golden in color with a lasting really dense, white head. It has some fruity tones on the aroma, I get a little bit of sweetness - really suiting and quite nice. Mild floral tones also, and perhaps even a hint of summer? Nice anyway. The taste is quite different! Yeah, light sweet, floral, candy, bubblegum, some honey sweetness, strawy mild pepper and it’s all in all quite an elegant and really nice drinkin’ blonde. 02.08.2012

On tap @ Naboen, Bergen. Pours a slightly hazy orange body with a small white head. Nose is straw, honey, herbs, citrus and coriander. Nice. Taste is pale malts, citrus, straw, hints of lime and coriander. Nice again. Full body, high carbonation. A nice rendition of the classic "Belgian Blonde", with a touch of the Belgian wit as well.

CBF;light sour aroma,orange, hazy, white foam, light sweetness, lightly bitter, medium body, creamy, soft carbonation, nice sweet soft finish.

CBF 2012: Not much yeast. Dark orange coloured and hazy. Has a white head, medium duration. Aroma is hoppy, faint malty and yeasty. Flavor starts moderate sweet, light acid, heavy bitter finish. Soft carbonation.

Bottle from Bierkoning. Golden body w medium head. Nose is sweet, malty, some molasses. Taste is same, quite sweet and somewhat spicy. Syrupy texture. Enjoyable.

Bottle, 50 cl: Cloudy fizzy golden beer with a white foamy head that unfortunately flattens quickly. The aroma is yeasty with notes of dough, citrus fruits and spices. The taste is smooth, sweet and yet fresh with a hoppy, mild bitterness. Medium body. Long, slightly astringent, dry finish.
