CBF;light sour aroma,orange, hazy, white foam, light sweetness, lightly bitter, medium body, creamy, soft carbonation, nice sweet soft finish.

CBF 2012: Not much yeast. Dark orange coloured and hazy. Has a white head, medium duration. Aroma is hoppy, faint malty and yeasty. Flavor starts moderate sweet, light acid, heavy bitter finish. Soft carbonation.

Bottle from Bierkoning. Golden body w medium head. Nose is sweet, malty, some molasses. Taste is same, quite sweet and somewhat spicy. Syrupy texture. Enjoyable.

Bottle, 50 cl: Cloudy fizzy golden beer with a white foamy head that unfortunately flattens quickly. The aroma is yeasty with notes of dough, citrus fruits and spices. The taste is smooth, sweet and yet fresh with a hoppy, mild bitterness. Medium body. Long, slightly astringent, dry finish.

50 cl bottle BB 05-12-2012 @ DeMolen beerstore. Couleur dorée mais qui tourne vite en un orangé brumeux de pâte de levure, blanche, small gusher. Arôme, grains, levure, un peu trop douce, fruit rappelant la pêche, malt léger mais le tout reste dominé par une présence de levure. Amertume citronnée reste faiblarde. Bière qui garde un profile belge, mais dont quasi toute l’expérience est ruinée par une trop forte présence de levure. Le tout a un aspect de malt caramel, houblon légèrement fruité et fleuri, allant sur un confit pelure orange/pêche. Bon mais sans plus, tombe dans cette banalité de bières belges.

0.5L bottle from Lønnebjerg, Sjællands Odde. A finger of dense white head, upon a near-clear deep honey golden body. Moderate apple-fruity aroma. Some belgian style yeast, sweetish doughy pale malts, and a light spice tone. Taste is medium sweet, evenly fruity and malty. Notes of spices and yeast. Light in body. Feels kind of diluted in the mouth. Sweetish, light spicy endnotes. A straightforward and decent Blonde.

Cloudy blond color; big head. Yeasty dirty water aroma; some malt. Yeasty and sweet malt flavor, with some yeasty fruitiness and light spices. At the end correct bitterness. Pleasant sweet Ale

Bottle@Skagen. Golden haze. Small head medium carbonation. Citrus orange coriander. Some cereal aroma notes. Dry with some sweetness. Fine brew.

Another one from hornbeer that didn’t really satisfy me. Yellow to orange colour with large flakes floating in it. Smells malty and yeasty. Taste is too sweet and overrules all other tastes.

Bottle@home.Aroma of yeast and bananas. Taste is medium sweet and light bitter. Medium almost light body.
