COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

500ml bottle. Pours a medium gold, with a white head. Hoppy, herbal aroma, spruce, resin, lemon peel, apricot, malt. Dry, medium body, high bitterness, lively CO2. Hoppy, spicy taste, quite herbal, spruce, resin, grapefruit peel, yeast, malt. The high carbonation and the yeasty notes leaves an impression of a pretty good homebrew. Decent, but not spectacular. 500 ml bottle, Cardinal Pub & Bar, Stavanger. ABV is 5.0%. Slightly hazy pale golden colour, large white head. Intense and lovely aroma of Amarillo hops, notes of citrus fruit and some spruce. Intensely hoppy flavour throughout, quite dry, and for a single hop beer the fruity and resinous complexity is quite good. Bitter finish, becomes sharp in the aftertaste.

Bottle 50 cl. Poured hazy pale bronze in color with a massive fluffy, off-white head. Aroma is very hoppy, peaches and more tropical fruits, also some grassy notes and cats pee, lots of fresh cut grass that reminds of summer. Sticky mouthfeel. Flavour similar as aroma with mostly some grassy notes. Bitter finish.

A gift brought to the Brewery by some friendly Danish visitors! Many thanks beer wanderers!! Mildly hazy golden pour (I missed that it was bottle conditioned!) Large but slightly loose white head dissipated fairly quickly leaving a couple of mm and some pleasant lacing. It has amarillo stamped all over it! Slightly soapy but dominantly slightly sour Seville oranges, little fairy liquid, autumn leaves, new cut grass and straw, quite drying on the tongue. I have a bit of a love/hate thing with Amarillo but this is really good! Drinks stonger than it’s 5% too!

Lysgul i farven med lang, hvid skumkrone, meget bundfald, frugtsmag af bl.a. citrus. God

Medium strong aroma is deliciously fruity with excotic fruits like mango, apricose, lime. Malting is covered mostly. Bit caramel. Cloudy honey yellow, dense white head about one finger is media long. Good lacing. Soft and creamy texture, mrdium body, soft bild carbonation, bitter sweet and fruity fresh, caramel-bread malting. One of the best lagers I have tasted. Really enjoyed this one in peace.

Draught @ Beer Hunters. Pours cloudy yellow to orange colour with a small but firm well-lacing creamy white head. Quite fruity and sweet aroma with exotic fruits like passion, mango and grapefruit. Quite bitter taste with strong herbal hops, citrus and bready malt. Medium bodied, soft carbonation and oily to watery mouthfeel. Bitter citrus finish. A bit odd brew but definately tasty. Tastes more like an IPA than a premium lager but definately one of the best premium lagers I´ve drank.

Bottle - 500ml. Hazy blond body with a huge white foamy head. Fresh hoppy aroma with malty and herbal hints. Its sharp hoppy taste carries coriander, grainy, and citrusy notes. Ends with a long bitter/herbal finish. Very enjoyable.

Tap at Olympen, 2011. Hazy golden color with a large semi white head. Aroma of malts and loads of fruity hops, peach, pineapple and orange. Taste is crisp malty, good dry lager yeast, with a matching fruit hoppiness as above, with a dry and fruity long finish. A prime example of a premium lager
