COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

It’s dark-brown with a small head, and the aroma has notes of caramel, light banana and spicy yeast. The flavour has sweetness, but unfortunately also a light sourness, and it has notes of caramel, light licorice, yeast, and a little anise in the slightly dry finish.

Draught at Monks Porterhouse, Stockholm. Pours out in a cloudy reddish brown colour with a fluffy white head. Dryish, almost papery aroma of grass, mint and sourish dark malts. Medium-bodied with notes of roasted malts and white pepper. Medium-bitter finish of mild cloves, wet grass and burnt caramel. Odd Dunkelweiss!

On tap @ Monks. Strange sour maltiness dominates this one. Notes of old coffee.
