COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Danish: Dunkelhorn er næsten helt sort i farven. Den har smag af karamel, chokolade og ristede kaffebønner. Det er en anderledes hvedeøl - lidt mere sød og tilgængelig. Det er en rigtig fin øl til frokostbordet og til hovedretten. Dunkelhorn vil de fleste kunne lide - også dem der normalt siger at de ikke kan lide øl. Dunkelhorn er, som alle øl fra Hornbeer, brygget på den "gammeldags" facon. Øllet er færdigmodnet og eftergæret på flasken, og øllet er ufiltreret. Derfor vil der altid være lidt bundfald. Hvis du vil undgå det, så hæld al øllet op i glasad een gang og lad lige den sidste sjat blive i flasken. Så siger vi "SKÅL"!

Malty, roasted taste with notes of dark bread, raisins, caramel and some chocolate. A light, spicy bitterness in the finish. Rather light body, quite dry. Tasty and well balanced, but lacking something extra.

Clear dark brown color with a average to large, frothy to creamy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to beige head. Aroma is moderate to light heavy malty, roasted, chocolate. Flavor is moderate to light heavy sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average to long duration. Body is to medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20101013]
