COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

Keg at Craft Clerkenwell; beet root red pour with zero head, sweet raspberry aroma, very much like drinking jam not pleasant and very little carbonation.

A wonderful aroma of raspberries. Very sweet and frothy flavor. Almost more refreshing. The color is nice red / pink. The aftertaste released for a little more acidic at the end that disappears far back on your tongue for a while. I liked this beer highly. TWF; Pours hazy amber reddish color with a fading off-white reddish head. Aroma is raspberry, malty and yeasty. Flavour adds sour and sea water and more raspberrys. Body is light to medium, texture is oily to watery. Carbonation is soft. Finishes raspberry.

Dark pink. Strong aroma of raspberry candies. Similar taste with very evident sourness. Missing the complexity of a good Belgian Framboise.

Tap at Craft Clapham. Pruny smell, lots of fruit. Dark rich red colour, no head. Taste is fruity, bit of raspberry but more pruny again. Nice enough though.

Keg at Craft Clapham, 12/12/13. Murky blackcurrant smoothie shades of red with thin light crimson edgework. Nose is tarte raspberry, light smoke, tarte berry fruits, straw steeped in lightly soured berry jus. Taste carries a little smoke up front, zingy raspberries, subtle lactic, tarte berry fruit, light musty woody lick. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, tangy tarte berry closure. Very decent for style, has fruit lambic leanings. Nice.
