Unclear medium to dark red color with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head with a pink notes. Aroma is moderate malty, moderate yeasty, tart, yeast, raspberry - rhubarb, sulfur. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet, light acidic and bitter with a average duration, thin. Body is light to medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20110413]

Bottled. A murky dark red beer with a pinkish head. The aroma has notes of cherries and straw, as well as light notes of phenols. The flavor is sweet with notes of cherries and malt, leading to a tart finish.

Bottle 50 cl. Courtesy of saxo. Pours a warm red with a slight haze and a creamy pinkish head leaving a discreet lacework. Fairly intense raspberry aroma combined with vanilla. Medium body, very, very dry raspberry notes that seem natural. Tart finish with a little salt coming through. 160411

Bottled@CPH BF 2011. Murky reddish colour with a small pinkish head. Aroma is tart raspberries along with some maltyness and citrus fruits. Flavour is raspberries, some wood, mild earth and some slight cherry pip like notes. Well thought when brewed, but sadly the finished product didn’tmix together that well.

Bottle @ Ulfborg Easter Tasting, 2011. Pours blood unclear red with a pinkish frothy head. Tart and fruity raspberries. Medium bodied. Lively carbonation. Very dry. A bit of marzipan. Refreshing and pretty good.

Hazy red-amer color with small head. Aroma of raspberries, what else? A bit sour and jammy, whiff of acetic acid. Light body; highly carbonated; some fruits, but the mouthfeel is very dry and the acidity very high, too much, without balance; lemony final.
It probably evolved in the wrong direction in these last months.

KØ11. Good citric aroma. Cloudy red colour. Very small head. Good citric flavour also, some raspberry and a hint of Ribena to the flavour. Quite good.

Bottle @ fonefan tasting. Nice head with good duration. Color is red. Aroma and taste are rich raspberries and malt. Sour and refreshing.
