COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Brettanomyces lever i små kolonier.

Bottle at ChrisO Snow tasting, thanks to Henrik, 20/01/13. Very dark mahogony brown with a thin tan head that clears edgeward. Nose carries dark malts, piss, sour tones, light cocoa. Taste comprises light chocolate, toffee, sour and tarte, a little funky brett. Medium bodied with bite, soft carbonation, sweet finish. Ok stuff.

Nice brown/amber color with a fine tan head. Sour funky fruity aroma. Quite fresh and nice. Fine body and a fine smooth carbonation. Balanced sourness vs sweetness/bitterness. Sour, fruity, some spices and some roasted notes. Well masked alcohol. I really liked this one.

Bottle. An unclear, reddishy dark brown beer with a minimal-sized dark beige head. Strange sourish, berryish and lighlty roasted aroma with some dried fruits. Rather herbal. Herbal, spiced aroma with roasted malts, berries and dark dried fruits. Some alcohol warmth, medium to full body, with soft carbonation. A really, really strange one. There’s something interesting with it, but it’s certainly not a beer I could drink more of. 130430

Looks great - black and a nice tight head. Smells sickly and vomitty. Tastes WTF-ey. Sharp. Shit. Fucked up.
