COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

Bra fyllighet i kroppen, väldigt len.

Shared 500 ml bottle. Dark bronzw pour with a frothy head. Aroma and taste are sweet malts, some prunes and raisins. A bit to sweet for my taste.

Flaske 0,5 l fra Vinmonopolet Jekta, Tromsø. Koseøl på RV124 22 Jul 13. Mørk amber. Litt uklar. Høyt kremaktig skum som daler sakte. Litt lacing. God krydderaroma med antydning til malt. Myk munnfølelse. Smaken litt søt. Maltpreg med litt krydder. Avslutter syrlig. Mye bunnfall.

DWG; Pours hazy brown with a fading, creamy, leaving lacings, tan head. Aroma is yeasty, malty, sour, apples, nuts and caramell. Taste mirrors adding dark fruity. Medium to full bodied, oily texture. Soft carbonation. Warming, sweet finish.

0.5l bottle. It’s almost murky brown on the pour this and it has a foamy off-white medium sized head. Doesn’t really have any easy distinctable characters on the nose. Soft chocolate paper, minerals, traces of ripe fruits and perhaps some caramel and apple sweetness. It has a good amount of flavor. A bit on the sweet side with lots of malty sweetness and some cocoa/chocolate traces. The mouthfeel is light oily and the carbonation level is just below average. The alcohol is quite present but integrated in a way so that it’s not to overwhelming. A little bit of wet minerals rocks and even a hint of licorice and nuts. Salty crackers and eastery yeast traces in the finish. Actually not that bad. 28.07.2013
