COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

Sampled @ Copenhagen Beer Festival 2010. Reddish amber body with a diminishing off-white head. Aroma is citric, dominated by peaches and some alcohol. Flavor is fine balanced malty, some caramel, fruity and bitter. Nice but not really extraordinary.

It’s hazy, red bronze with a huge, creamy head. The aroma is mostly hoppy, but also does have notes of orange-chocolate and roasted malt. The flavour is sweet with notes of roasted malt, hops – mostly as grapefruit, oranges and spruce, and I also find some chocolate. The finish is dry with notes of grapefruit. It’s OK, but to be honest, a bit out of balance IMO.

Bottle at Copenhagen Beer Festival. Lots of grain, some sourness, dry hops in the finish. Unremarkable.

Draft. A dark copper colored beer with a thin off-white head. The aroma has notes of hops, spices, and a bit of cat-piss. The flavor is sweet malty with notes of cat-piss and a slight burnt edge, leading to a very bitter and dry finish.

Bottle at KØ-10. A hazy, amber beer with a dense, beige head. Some alcohol on the nose, with caramel malts and some fruits. Fruity flavor with caramel in the back, almost like some caramel sauce. Medium body, decent bitterness in the finish. A decent beer, and my winner in the battle with Midtfyn. 100507
