cloudy brown, smooth large beige head. very nice very US hoppy aroma, strong, quite bitter, flowery notes, malts are there, but in the background. appears a bit more heavy than the 6.4% suggests.Pretty rare for a hornbeer this one is a gusher, foam keeps coming out of the bottle even after pouring. I also found several pieces of something green in the foam coming out of the bottle, looked like a sheaf of plant of some sort, tasted slightly bitter. Flavor is sweet and flowery hoppy, malty balance, does not taste infected in any way. This fresh hoppy dry-hopped flavor is there.. flavor is not that agressive, malts and hops balance giving a very easy drinking bitter beer. Long lingering hoppy flavor.
