On tap, rated from backlog. Aroma of fruity and floral hops. Notes of toffee and wood. Taste is surprisingly sweet, carmel and brown sugar. Sharp piney bitterness.

Grifo. Copa Globo. Saboreada en feb´13. Color ámbar y apariencia turbia. Capa amarillenta y cremosa. Anillos algodonosos. Aromas intensos de malta caramelo, levadura, pomelo/naranja y notas de pan. Las maltas tostadas quedan inundadas por un ascendente sabor resinoso que las envuelve. Cuerpo intenso y carbonatación suave. En el intermedio sensaciones de zumo denso de pomelo, trazos de anis y notas de caramelo. Astringencia cítrica. Final seco y resinoso. Naranja en el retrogusto. El ABV es evidente pero queda equilibrado por deliciosos sabores.
On-tap. Snifter glass. Enjoyed on feb´13. Amber color & foggy appearance. Yellowish creamy head & rocky rings. Intense caramel malt, yeast, grapefruit/orange aromas & bready notes. Toasted malts are ovewhelmed by increasing resiny flavors all over. Full body. Soft carbonation. Dense grapefruit juice sensation, hints of anise & candy notes in the middle. Citric astringency. Dry resiny finish. Orange on the aftertaste. Evident ABV is well balanced by flavorful flavors.

Brown colour with a creamy head. Aromas of hops with some caramel. Some grass notes as well. Taste of hops with a smooth feeling and a bitter aftertaste with a light caramel sweetness. Some fruity notes. Well balanced and rather smooth taste for an imp. IPA in a good way.

50cl bottle shared with Joes and Dutchdrebus. Murky hazy red color with a decent off-white head. Smell malts, some hops, some hints of sleepiness. Taste malts, some hops, decent bitterness. Ok body, medium carbonation.

Bottle @ home thx to benzai (who’s being a little harsh today!). Very, very murky orange to brown colour with a small, creamy off-white head. Smells sweaty feet, hops, grapefruit. Tastes malty, quite sweet (sticky), hops, bitter.. Bit barleywine like. Sticky sweet instead of fresh and crispy bitter. Medium to full body, soft carbo.

Sweet fresh fruity aroma. Dark orange colour. Taste is medium sweet and strong bitterness. Both linger on. Full body.

Pours dark orange with a foamy white head. Aroma of fruity hops,
caramel malts, hints of glue and berries. Taste is malty and sweet with some hints of berries and toffee. Finish is sticky and sweet with notes of glue, berries and hops. Too sweet and malty IIPA, quite unbalanced.

Draught at Pikkulintu, Helsinki. Colour is dark ruby with small white head. Aromas and flavours are berries, fruits, hops and sweet malts.

Draught @ Gastropub Nordic, Tampere.
Pours a ruby brown colour with a white foamy head. Aroma of sweet berries, dough-like yeastiness and caramel. Flavour of caramel malts, berries, quite strong grassy hops and some herbal notes. Alcohol comes through. Medium bodied, harsh mouthfeel and a rough, malty and sweet finish with berries. Way too sweet.
