A slightly hazy orange-golden beer with a small, off-white head. Sweetish and malty on the nose, with a tiny note of cooked vegetables in the background. Sweet and fruity in the mouth, with a nice citrusy hoppyness giving a pleasant bitterness. Fullbodied, with a fruity finish. A dangerously quaffable, un-complex and pleasant beer. A hazy amber beer with a thin biege head. The aroma is sweet hoppy and grassy, while the flavor is sweet malty with notes of caramel and lots of grass, leading to a bitter finish. fiulijn (5650), Como; Lausanne (CH); Malmö (SWE), Italy Jun 8, 2008 Bottle at Ølfestival 2008, Århus Hazy amber color, creamy head. It’s a good and solid IIPA, with a very good sweet toffee flavor and a quite strong body; also the bitterness is quite bold; but the fermentation process has to be improved, as there are strange traces here and there... (esters, diacetyl?)
