COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

Draft. An unclear brown beer with a thin beige head. The aroma has notes of hops, malt, and caramel, as well as lighter notes of smoke. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, caramel, and smoke, leading to a dry, bitter finish. A nice beer - but christmas? more like the burning of the christmas tree tradition that exists in some countries.

Hazy amber with a small off-white head. Aroma of fruit, anise and sugar. Sweet and fruity flavour, a bit too heavy on the spice for my taste
