Den er det man kalder "nemt drikkelig".Den er brygget af mørke malte og har en tilpas restsødme. Mørk Hvede passer fint til varm mad.

Bottle. Pours a slightly hazy brown color with a small off-white head. Has a slightly roasted wheat malty caramel aroma with some hints of clove. Sweetish slightly roasted mlaty wheaty caramel flavor with some weak hints of bananas. Has a sweetish wheat malty caramel finish.

DØE Valby 09. Pours unclead red brown with a small beige head. Aroma is light wheat, roasted caramel and light chocolate. Flavour is light wheat, roasted caramel, light bitter. A bit watery aftertaste.

Sampled at DØE Beerfestival 2009, Valby. Pours an unclear dark beer with almost no head. The aroma is roasted with coffee. The flavor is roasted and wheat. The palate is a little thin, and overall this beer could use a little more body.
