Bottle, 50cl. Pours a muddy brown beer with an offwhite/beige head. The aroma is berries, acidity, smoke and phenol. The flavor is cranberries and smoke. The palate leaves some scidity from the cranberries. Overall a complex beer.

Bottle. Muddy brown body with a frothy light beige head. Fruity, bit tart berry aroma and yeast. Yeasty, light oaky and very fruity flavour with a tart berry like bitter finish. The alcohol is very well hidden.

Bottled 50cl (BB 08/2014)
Hazy deep ruby red color, steady creamy pinky head. Nose has redwine and oak. Fruity cranberry flavor, a bit sweet, not sour as expected, some oaky notes. Hints of smoke, wet wood in the finish. Interesting.

At the Ølfestival, Esbjerg, Denmark 22-10-09. Pours reddy brown, in fact this is a rusty puddle in a mechanics yard, that would be a good way to describe the appearance of this beer. Starts with a good fruity tang but then the sweetness takes over. You notice the oak aging (Loz noticed it more then me though) Whilst the oak aging softens this, the sweetness could have been a little less heavy handed. A6 A3 F7 P3 Ov13 3.4

Tap at ølbaren. Came out with 90%head which meant the carbonation was gone when the hed had settled. It had a wierd murky grey brown look and a grumsy grayish head aswell. Not very aromatic but some cranberry is in there. Flavor was abit wheaty with the bitter cranberry in there, overall not impressive.

Bottle 50cl.
Unclear medium amber orange color with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is light moderate malty, fruity, berry, cranberry, wood, moderate yeasty, smoke - plastic. Flavor is light heavy berry sweet and light smoke - plastic bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20090913]

Cloudy brown with a big and lasting off-white head. Aroma of yeast, berries and cookie spices. Sweet berry flavour with a tart edge. A little smoke in the aftertaste. Certainly a bastard - the profile is all over the place, but it’s somewhat fascinating in its weirdness.

Bottle. Thanks to Sfhodense. Pours muddy dark red with a pinkish head. Tart, yeasty and dusty nose and taste with some berries beneath. Medium bodied. Ok
