COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

A red beer, with a layer of beige bubbles on top. Crisp, fairly dry, lightly toasted malts on the nose. Some straw-like, light cardboardy hops is noticeable, also a note of grapefruit and evergreen. Taste is semi-dry, sourish malty. Not much of the residual sugars left. Tight bitterness. A certain astingency in the mouthfeel. Bitter-sour endnotes. Goes well down, but lack some freshness.
