Draught at Aarhus beerfestival. Frothy white fair mostly deminishing head. Dark brown colour. Moderate malty and hopy aroma. Distinct smoke-notes. Moderate bitter flavor with light smoke tone. Average finish. Oily palate. Actually quite nice.

Clear medium brown color with a small, frothy, fair lancing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, roasted, moderate yeasty, meat - smoke, toffee. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average duration. Body is medium to light, texture is watery, carbonation is soft. (160508)
yngwie (3322), Kristiansand, Norway
Jul 2, 2008 On tap at Århus Ølfestival. An almost clear, quite dark brown beer with a beige head. Smoked, bacon-ish, malty aroma with caramel. Medium to full, mellow mouthfeel with flavors of smoked malt, sweetness, caramel and a little unwanted touch of metal. Sweet, smoked finish. Maybe a bit sweet overall, but a nice beer. (080516)

Hazy dark chestnut color. Light aroma, with sweet wood and apples, and an imagination of smoke. It doesn’t have much body, even weaker at the end; there is some mild caramel flavor and very light smoked touch, light apples; the final is a bit harsh. This one as well shows some problems, with the lagering probably.

Jun 5, 2008 Draft at Ølfestival, Århus, 2008. An unclear red-brown beer with no head. The aroma is smokey and malty with a light touch of bacon. The flavor is sweet with notes of smoke and bacon, leading to a dry smokey finish.

Jun 2, 2008 Hazy dark brown with a small off-white head. Aroma has bacon smoke, toffee and a little green apple note. Dry and malty with a decent smoked character.
