Köpenhamn ölfestival 2014] väldigt frisk i aromen. Smaken mer dov och intetsägande, del jäst rund i smaken och kroppen

Bottle. Hazy yellow with a large diminishing frothy white head. Flowers/honey belgian yeast, coriander, grain, citrus. Light body, watery texture, high carbonation. Light/medium sweet and bitter, light acidic. The carbonation is a bit too high for my taste and makes it thin and fizzy.

0.5l bottle. This is a blurry honey golden one with a good looking big off-white head with good retention. The nose has a nice light spicy wheat tone, Belgian yeast, some green banana and traces of white candied sugar. A blend between a wit and a Belgian in a way. Soft grassy hops also shining through here. Smells quite alright. It’s almost lively on the carbonation level and the mouthfeel is light thin oily. A good amount of citrus in the taste. It’s also a bit wheat-sweet and I get a good yeasty thing here as well. The citrus is kinda dominating with both juices and zest. Yeah, it has a general theme of lemony citrus all the way through. This is quite a nice one actually. 05.08.2013

[10/6/13] Draught at CASK Pub & Kitchen in London. Cloudy yellow. Wheaty aroma with coriander and some citrus. Sweetish and spicy flavor with citrus peels and a coriander finish. Medium-bodied.

15-04-2013 bottle. Never seen a beer losing so fast its head. Wow. Pours a golden unclear beer with a good white head. Smells lemon and vommit. Tastes lemon and honey. Fizzy carbo, thin body and a watery texture.

smaken: matig zoet(honing), licht bitter, licht zuur, matig sterk, matig fruit, tarwe, graan, floraal

Bottle from Matkroken Natland, Bergen. Pours a hazy light straw-hued yellow body with a medium short-lived white head. Nose is fruity yeast tones, citric peel, coriander, wheat and hints of grain and straw. Taste is floral wheat tones, fruity berry-like tones, herbs, coriander and hints of grains and straw. Light to medium body and medium carbonation. Nice and fresh wit with a little extra thrown in, which is balanced out very well. One of the better "light" beers from Hornbeer IMO.

Countbeer (4303) - Best of E-Town mit ein Brauhaus, NETHERLANDS - JUL 27, 2013
Bottle: Served in a Chouffe glass: The first pour filled the glass only with a snowy white foam that disappeared slowly, but at the end it changed quick and disappeared completely leaving a small layer of hazy yellow beer in my glass. With every refill the white foamy head gets enormous and disappears right away leaving again a headless hazy yellow colored beer in my glass. Aroma has lots of yeast, some wheat, hay, honey, grains, carbo gass, apples, orange and peach... Flavours of grains, bitter, marzepin, wheat, some porridge, meal/flowery, malts and yeast. Aftertaste is a mix of bitters, grains, malts, yeast and porridge. Medium to fuller carbo, parkling light creamy mouthfeel, medium body and a light creamy texture. Don’t got the feeling I am drinking a white beer... Strange because it’s unbalanced.
