Men døm selv.

Zapach palonego ziarna, kawy, skórki ciemnego chleba, szlachetnego alkoholu, kakao, do tego delikatne akcenty chmielowe. Wygląd - nie da się zrobić lepiej, gruba, drobnopęcherzykowa, warstwa brązowej piany, świetny lacing, nieprzejrzysta czerń. Perfekt. W smaku gęste, słodowe, czuć akcenty miodowe, kakakowe, czekoladowe, kawowe, do tego lekki posmak whisky, chmielu, i długi palony finisz. Wspaniałe.

The bread aroma (melanoidin) is a kind of surprise here, but it kind of suits the beer - which i would not expect. The bitterness is on a very good level - but not overwhelming. i expected it to be sweeter too, but it’s not like that - more like dark chocolate and coffee - which is great, cause the beer is really malty. the beer has its own character. slight alcohol flavor could be a drawback - but it is pleasant with the bitterness. a very good beer, but not perfect.
