COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Men døm selv.
Brygget med kaffe malt, chocolate malt, black malt og honning, tørhumlet og lagret med egetræ og valnød.

Sampled with evil stepdad. Black with a medium brown head. Powerfull roasted malt aroma mixed with honney, great combination. Huge deep and complex malty flavor balanced by a just as complex sweetness with just a hint of honney sweetness. Nice balance and great beer.

Knäck. Arrak. Kaffe. Soja och brända mandlar uppfattar näsan. Ganska krämig, fyllig. Låång eftersmak...dock lite väl bitter finish. Men allt som allt..en gemytlig upplevelse.

In bottle at Craigs. A black beer with a thin tan head. Aroma of burnt toast, roasty malt, chocolate and a little liquorice. Similar flavours with heavy carbonation and an oily mouth-feel. Fair CO2 prickle and lingering chocolate. Lovely.

Bottle at cgarvieuk’s. Deep, viscous pitch black pour with a thick bubbly dark beige head. Rich roasty nose, coffee and dark chocolate with hints of cherry also. Roasty front, dark chocolate, coffee grounds, hint of peat smoke even? Thick rich dark chocolate, slightly ashy finish with some boozy/smoky dryness also. This tastes MASSIVE but it’s very nice.

Draught. Pitchblack with a cappuccino-foamy head. Hard roasted fullblown nose with notes of grapefruity hops, chocolate, licorice, coffee, slightly oaky. Taste is massive sweetness meeting huge bitterness with lots of roasted notes and maybe a touch of vanilla. Very oily texture, suprisingly medium-shaped body. Moe than decent...

A truly great Stout! It balances all Stout flavours perfectly and teases indescreetly with wonderful chocolate and coffeearomas. I just love it!
