Men døm selv.
Brygget med kaffe malt, chocolate malt, black malt og honning, tørhumlet og lagret med egetræ og valnød.

Keg at Bruce’s birthday drinks craft beer co. Opaque black colour pour with a lasting frothy tan head. Aroma I’d nice nutty dark choc clean chalky roast. Attractive beer. Flavour is composed of big harsh astringent roasted barley, milky lactose sugars, bit of mineral and seaweed. Palate is medium full, chalky spritzy carbonation. Long lingering harsh roast. Big and bold. Some plummy fruits.

Beauty! Pours jet black with limited head and no lacing. Nose is big huge espresso and earthy bitterness. Flavours of espresso, dark chocolate, earthy bitterness. Taste medium/big bitter and medium sweet. Somewhat creamy mouth with medium carbonation and a long lasting bitterness in the finish.

500ml bottle, courtesy of skullgeorge. Black color with brown creamy head. Roasted malty aroma, coffee, light smoked, soy sauce notes, chocolate, dark fruits. Sweet and bitter taste like the aroma. Medium to full body, oily, soft carbonation.

The pour is an incredible dark black with a half inch tan head that dissipates quickly. The smell is phenominal, chocolate, coffee and malty. The taste of this beer was beyond my expectations (which were high). Heavy chocolate taste laced with coffee and a great aftertaste. One of the best imperial stouts i've ever tried. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

UPDATED: APR 27, 2015 Beczka. Kolor czarny, nieprzejrzysty.Piana beżowa, drobno pęcherzykowa, niewysoka. W smaku palone słody, kawa, czekolada i miód. Alkohol bardzo dobrze ukryty. Zdecydowanie niższa goryczka niż to podaje browar tak czy inaczej bardzo dobry RIS.

Gotta say I do equate good beer with decent labeling, and I was going to give this guy a pass until I did a quick check to realize the #beerlove this one garners. So let’s give it a try. Pours a pitch black with fairly minimal amount of beige head. Roasty. toasty malts with lots of chocolate and coffee. Nice. The taste is exceptional. I was worried I’d run into burnt-malt syndrome that seems to crop up with dark beers but not here. Rich roasted malt profile, with a distinct but not overwhelming sweetness. Coco some coffee and lots of maltly awesomeness. Overall a very, very nice beer. If you’re going to do a stout - do a stout.

Deep black pour with a thick tan head. The nose is intense. Roasty and chewy with a very oily palate. Has a lot of really rich cocoa and coffee flavour. A touch savoury with some light spiciness on the finish. Has some nice dark fruit and a bit of licorice and a touch of soft roast. A little bit of roast and a touch of soft vanilla. Has a lot of complexity and a really pleasant finish. Sticky and rich with a nice soft warming finish. Damn. Absolutely delicious.
