Men døm selv.

I’m not anything further impressed with this beer. It tastes best coffee and dark chocolate. Since I do not drink coffee and do not eat dark chocolate becomes this beer difficult for me. The scent is thin. The flavor is intense, almost like a punch in the stomach. The aftertaste is never ending. Sadly for me, it’s not a good taste.

Black with dark nougat-colored, rich foam sends a wonderful aroma of mocha, oak and dark chocolate. Delicious smoked flavor with clear signs of coffee and bitter chocolate characterize its taste. Along with roasted malt and wet wood sends my taste buds on a dream trip that is a rarely experience. English licorice bitter notes give richness that few stouts manages to do. Carbonation is soft and comfortable.

2015-08-14. Black body with a small tan head. 3+ Aroma of dark malt, dusty touches, hints of roast. 7+ Flavour of dusty dark malt, sweet core, lightly alcoholic finish. Average plus to bodied palate, moderate carbonation. Enjoyable but sort of nondescript. Bottle from the LCBO, cellared several months, Toronto.
