Bottle. A clear, golden beer producing a two finger, off-white head. Fruity nose with a nice maltyness and some caramel. The flavor has a nice bitterness, citrusy, a touch of sourness and some malty sweetness, leading to a malty but mostly bitter finish. Medium, maybe a bit sticky mouthfeel. A nice and balanced beer that could do well as a quencher in the summer time too. 090724

Quite bitter and freshly flowery-aromatic, slightly sweet flavor with a moderately bitter, dry finish. Medium body, very smooth palate with soft carbonation. Rich orange, tight head. Big hoppy aroma. Fairly pleasant malty body, with lovely fruity aromatic hops. Big bite from the hops in fact, but remaining quite drinkable.

Bottled (Pikkulintu, BB 03/2011). Clear amber color, good creamy off-white head, some lace. Nice citrus hoppy aroma. Grapefruity, citrusy fruity-hoppy flavor. Some hints of yeast and alcohol too. Body is lighter than expected from 6.4% beer. Lingering citrusy-fruit sweety aftertaste. Easy going APA.

100ml served from a bottle at Københavnske Øldage 09. Unclear, golden-yellow. Thin, bubbly head. Fair and smooth hoppy aroma. Soft to the palate with a mix of fresh fruits culminating with a nice bitter round off end. Likeable beer that has got the right spring touch to it (16.05.2009).
