Draught @ Lord Nelson. Yellow, a little hazy. Sour apples in aroma. The taste is a little sour with lots of fruit without being too dry. Very drinkable!

(Bottled, 4.3% ABV) Opaque yellow-orange with a small, lasting head and floating yeast particles. Flowery-perfumy aroma with slighty wheaty sourness. Flavor is lemony, sourish-wheaty, flowery-aromatic, coriander-spicy, and a tiny bit homebrewish-rough. Quite refreshing, almost medium-bodied palate with medium, a bit fizzy carbonation. Not at all bad, considering the low ABV.

Draught. Very high creamy and lasting head. Light yellow slightly hazy body. Mild fruity aroma. Mild fruity flavor with a touch of elderflower making it less sweet. Low carbonation, short aftertaste.

Bottle. Unclear yellow bodied with a huge white head. Light acidic aroma with citric, wheat and spicy coriander notes. Flavour is yeast, citrus, coriander and some sweet malt. Medium to light bodied.

Bottled. Pale yellow coloured. Unclear. Dense white head. Aroma of sweetness, spice and yeast. A bit subdued. Flavour of citrus, yeast, light orange and light grape. Medium bodied. Dry Sweetish and spicy end.

Medium white head. Hazy pale yellow body with carbonation. Estery unfresh yeasty aroma with spicy coriander and flour notes. Dry sharp fruity hop tastewith mealy spicy notes. Light-bodied. Some paper in the aftertaste. Easy to drink. Not bad. (0.1l taster, EBF08.)

Bottled. Hazy yellowish orange colour with mediumsized white head. Aroma is wheat, coriander, spices, some slight fruity as well as acidic notes. Flavour is coriander, zest, some wheat, mild acidic wooden notes as well. OK Witbier, but a rather "mainstream" beer by Hornbeer...

Slightly to sour, lots of apples in taste and aroma.
Mouthfeel like apple cider.

UPDATED: JUL 3, 2009 Palest possible yellow, with a lasting white head. Grain, coriander and elderflower in the nose. Thin, sweet and floral flavour dominated by grain. Somewhat boring, but a perfect thirst quencher.
