COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A traditional Bavarian Spring Blonde Bock Beer in every sense. A smooth malty tasting strong lager with a mouth-coating body, a touch of bitterness for balance, and an aromatically malty aroma.

Dark copper with a foamy tan head. Sweet and malty, molasses and citrus, then a hint of nuts. Not too bad.

Bottle. Pours a dark amber color with a small head that fades quickly to nominal lacing. Aroma of malt sweetness, grain and a hint of caramel. Taste follow with a malt sweetness, bit of syrup and grain. Slight bitterness and a fairly clean finish. Moderate body, smooth and slightly creamy. Decent beer for the style.

Reddish brown with a creamy beige head. Creamy malt aroma with a bit of caramel and vanilla. Doughy sweet malt taste with a little earthy bitterness and a creamy, astringent finish. Medium bodied with a creamy, thick palate. I had a few bottles ice cold before this one and this is definitely better as it warms a bit. I wouldn’t refuse another.

Pours a reddish medium amber. Medium frothy beige head, fairly lasting. Malty. Caramel. bready. toffee. Fairly sweet, but didn’t seem excessive. Some mild earthy grainy bitterness and dryness. Medium body. Creamy. Some alcohol interrupts. Decent drinkability. Nothing special, but id have it over a number of their other beer.

@ Arnolds / Cincinnati OH --- Clear dark amber with light ivory head cover, sheet of lace. Taste is caramel malt that moves smoothly through the palate to a lightly bittered finish. Not a lot to savor, but there is taste, and it is quite quaffable.

Horny Goat Baby Got Bock has a medium, off-white head, a hazy, amber appearance, some bubble streams, and a nice, splotchy lacing left behind. The aroma is of syrupy-sweet bread crust and malt. Taste is of the same, with a wonderful, hefty hop bitterness showing up mid sip. Mouthfeel is medium and somewhat slick, and Horny Goat Baby Got Bock finishes semi-dry, refreshing, and very drinkable. Overall, this is quite enjoyable. RJT

Clear amber with a large frothy quickly fading crown. Aroma is sweet and grainy with roasted toffee, nuts and artificial sweetener. Taste is very sweet with toffee, Munich malts, light alcohol and a grainy finish.

Pours a clear pale orange with healthy white head that fades to a ring and leaves no lacing. Aroma is honey malts with some floral. Taste is hit or miss, with some Some sips were a 5 or 6, but most were a 4. This may be true to the style - I don’t know - but this was a bit too grainy and the aftertaste marred as the bitterness turned copper.
