Bleh. Tastes like seltzer water. Barely any taste and extremely fizzy. Their other brews are way better so don’t think they are all bad though.

Appearance: This is a very bad looking beer for the style. Not only is it crystal clear but it leans more of an orange than a pale straw. The head is also lacking very much with only a thin white head that is short lived. I don’t know what they did wrong, but this doesn’t resemble a witbier at all.
Aroma: The aroma is funky here, reminding me a lot of hairspray, or is it hair gel? I’m not sure. There’s some bitter citrus, but this smells of chemicals. I’m actually scared to drink this.
Taste: Tart from the start, this gets pretty tart by the finish on the first sip. On the second it resembles biting into a bitter orange. The flavor isn’t near as bad as the aroma, but it’s way off for the style.
Palate: Light to medium bodied, ample carbonation.
Overall: This is bad. There is no mistaking this as being good by anyone, that is unless they’ve never had a decent witbier ever. Pass on this, run far away.

yellow/orange pour, no head. aroma of bread, coriander and a bit earthy. taste closely follows the aroma with a doughy citrus finish.

12oz bottle. Cloudy witbier yellow a thin white head. Aroma of coriander, yeast and toasted malt. Taste of coriander, lemon and toasted malt. Flavors overwhelmed by the heavy, fizzy carbonation . Finishes up dry.
This tastes like an "experimental" beer that should not have gone to the market.

Smells tart, spicy very complex
Taste is amazing. Very yeast dominated tartness gives way to the orange and corriander
High carbonatoin fits well
I really loved this beer. Extremely complex refreshing

Appearance is a medium white head with a hazy orange color. Aroma is some wheat and citrus. Taste was mostly all wheat, but pretty bland. Overall not a great example of the style.

A hazed blonde ale with a thin white head. In aroma, a smooth lemony banana with light cloves. In mouth, a rather chalky example of a wit with some light acidic points, banana malt, a bit short. On tap at the Istmus Beer and Cheese, Jan 21 2012.

It has the spices and fruit of a witbier, relatively thin in flavor and body though. Passable.

12 ounce bottle, that poured a dark hazy yellow with a thick white head. aromas of slight citrus, some spicy clove and a touch of banana. Taste follows the aroma, and one doesn’t overpower each other with a side of bread. A decent wheat bear.
